All correspondence with the editors of the journal should be made via this editorial and publishing system (the e-journal platform of the Institute of Slavic Studies, Polish Academy of Sciences). The system enables sending emails at different stages of the publishing process.

All users of the platform are requested to check their spam folder regularly for misplaced important messages sent by the system or the editors of the journal.

The manuscript will be checked for plagiarism using Similarity Check, a service screening published and submitted content for originality. As a publisher, the Institute uses the iThenticate software to detect instances of overlapping and similar text in submitted manuscripts.
