Abstract:
The article deals with the problem of maintaining the typological features of Modern Ukrainian during its active update. Used conclusions of I. Kovalyk about the characteristics of word-formation nouns, which he systematized by word-creative types. Considered, how unique features of word-formation of Ukrainian noun are implemented on new original material which is not certified in dictionaries of Ukrainian literary language. Analysis of new coinages and occasionalismes, formed by peripheral non-productive and unproductive derivational types of texts journalistic and artistic styles. Revealed that the typological features of nominal word-formation in modern Ukrainian practice are supported mainly by individual occasional word-creation of writers. This is confirmed new coinages of word-formational types with suffixes -інь, -ань, -в(о). There is a tendency to increase the number of names of people on the example of the derivational types with suffixes -ин(я)/-кин(я), -ен(я)т/-он(я)т, -ач, -енк(о). In the result of observations concluded about preserve the typological features of the Ukrainian word-formation level in modern times.
