Abstract:
The article is based on the system-confrontative methodology. The work will be based on a large language material - it is first of all the facts of Russian and Czech languages. The article provides the methodology of comparative systematical-functional exploration with using of communicative and interdisciplinary approach. Big emphasis will be applied to practical recommendations necessary for identification of trends in language dynamics.
