dc.description.abstract	The paper presents the combinations of two or more prepositions in contact position which function in direct relation with each other and are interpreted as inseparable semantic units. The focus is on the manner of their formation and their usage. The multiple prepositions are distinguished from compound and complex prepositions. The paper offers detailed justification of the necessity to include the multiple prepositions in the dictionaries and discussed their lexicographic interpretation.	en_US
