dc.description.abstract	The article compares a set of semantic processes, which develop in the Russian and Bulgarian maritime terminology. Specifically, the following processes between the two languages are reviewed: how they borrow concepts from each other; how the concepts with process meaning develop semantically; and inter-language homonymy in the maritime terminology. The causes of these processes are reviewed both synchronically and diachronically.	en_US
