dc.description.abstract The possible hypothesis has been analyzed for the etymology of the unmarked and non-explained until this moment in the Bulgarian dictionaries combination of words „Катино мезе“ (Katya’s relish) that is not actually coming from the personal name Katya, but from the common noun „кат“ which means “row, layer” and its right writing out as „катено мезе“ (Layer relish) has been suggested. en_US
