The paper deals with univerbisation as a word-formation method, with the penetration into Bulgarian derivatology of the concept of univerbisation and the place of univerbisation in the system of word formation in Bulgarian. Any corrections in the word-formation analysis of some words arisen in this way have also been proposed.
