dc.description.abstract	The article is based on the view that the dictionaries of the neologisms provide an appropriate basis for comparison of the new phenomena in the vocabulary of two closely related languages, the objective of which is the description of synchronous dynamics in both languages not only considering their genetically determined similarities, but also the typological differences between them. This statement is proved by analyzing material from Bulgarian and Czech academic dictionaries of new words.	en_US
