Abstract:
This article deals with a problem of the proper use of the special medical lexicon of Ancient Greek and Latin origin, here is also considered the functioning of these terms in medical speech from rhetorical and pragmatic point of view. The use not only of the terms in the doctor’s speech, but the original meaning of the morphemes and lexicon semantically drawing the medical discourse are considered.
