Abstract:
The article analyzes nomina actoris in the Czech and Bulgarian language. The information of the article is taken from the Josef Jungmann’s Czech-German dictionary and the Nayden Gerov’s Bulgarian dictionary, both of which were written in the 19th century. These two works represent the richness of the Slavic languages. The suffixes of nomina actoris -ař /-ář and -ar, are widely accepted in the Czech and the Bulgarian language, wich nouns can be grouped into various semantic groups.
