Seria „Literatura na Pograniczach”, ukazująca się od 1992 roku, publikuje monografie tematyczne, zbiory artykułów, antologie tekstów, poświęcone literaturom słowiańskim od czasów najdawniejszych po wiek obecny w perspektywie kulturoznawczej i szeroko rozumianej kontekstualności. Seria otwarta jest na badania z zakresu komparytystyki interdyscyplinarnej, literackiej oraz intermedialnej (powiązania literatury z pozadyskursywnymi mediami sztuki i komunikacji, takimi jak: sztuki plastyczne, muzyka, plakat artystyczny, teatr, film, najnowsze media itd.), na nowe interpretacje i rewizje, inspirujące propozycje teoretyczne i metodologiczne. Prezentowane zagadnienia badawcze dotyczą szerokiej gamy tematycznej, która wychodzi poza konteksty związane z literaturą i kulturą słowiańską i obejmuje obszary porównawcze – innych literatur i kultur europejskich i pozaeuropejskich.

W latach 1992–2017 ukazało się 11 tomów serii; od roku 2014 seria ma nową szatę graficzną.

The series Literatura na Pograniczach [Borderland Literatures], established in 1992, publishes thematic monographs, collections of articles and anthologies devoted to Slavic literatures from the earliest times to the present day in a perspective of cultural studies and widely understood contextuality. The series is open to interdisciplinary comparative studies, studies in comparative literature, intermediary comparative studies (exploring the entanglements of literature with non-discursive artistic and communicative media, such as the visual arts, music, the artistic poster, theatre, film, newest media etc.), to new interpretations and revisions, and to inspiring theoretical and methodological propositions. The presented research questions tackle a wide range of topics, which transcend the contexts associated with Slavic literature and culture to encompass the comparative research fields of other literatures and cultures in Europe and beyond.

11 volumes appeared in the series between 1992 and 2017; since 2014, the series features a new graphic design.
