By Order No. 3/2026 of the Director of the Institute of Slavic Studies, Polish Academy of Sciences, dated March 5, 2026, the Gender Equality Plan for 2026–2030 is hereby adopted.
The Gender Equality Plan for the Institute of Slavic Studies, Polish Academy of Sciences (Gender Equality Plan) for 2026–2030 is a strategic document created for the Institute’s community, as well as for all those who collaborate with us, with the aim of ensuring a safe and friendly environment for study and work, free from discrimination, enabling everyone to pursue their academic, professional, and personal development freely.
The Plan was signed by the Director of the Institute of Slavic Studies, Polish Academy of Sciences and implemented by Order No. 3/2026 of March 5, 2026, published in the Public Information Bulletin.
The primary objective of the “Gender Equality Plan for the Institute of Slavic Studies, Polish Academy of Sciences” is to promote, implement, and monitor measures aimed at ensuring gender equality and diversity, as well as countering all forms of discrimination in the workplace and in academia. By implementing the “Gender Equality Plan,” we also emphasize that diversity among employees and doctoral students at the Institute of Slavic Studies, Polish Academy of Sciences is viewed as a value and is protected by the unit’s administration.
